Willing to be available during off hours (for on-call support Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Identify root causes of technical issues, job failures. Demonstrate problem solving, analysis, and prioritization skills Implement best production support programming practices Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
