Job Description	Lead the IRT/RTSM UAT works with staffs (up to 2) and manage the projects (3-5 projects per person) and staffs. 5 to 7 years of experience in the IRT/ RTSM domain with sound domain knowledge. Experience in creating the IRT/RTSM study Specification from protocols. Better knowledge and understanding on IRT/RTSM and EDC systems and integration between both the systems. Knowledge in creating and reviewing UAT Test Script for IRT/RTSM Clinical Trial. Should be able to define the timeline to deliver the deliverables based on complexity of the study requirements. Responsible for delivering the UAT Test Script and Pre-UAT system Set-Up request for Simple/Complex/Blinded IRT studies in given timeline. Should have good communication skill to interact directly with Client on Specification Review and discussion on Test case Identification. Defining new process to improve quality in deliverables based on Client expectation. • Problem -solving skill set. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, or related field
