[Job summary] You will be entrusted with mechanical design work at the company, which provides solutions ranging from contract manufacturing of automobile parts and integrated process design to automation. [Job details] ・Development and design of production equipment for in-vehicle parts ・Involved from the concept stage and creating various specifications ・Productivity, safety, and strength considerations ・Design drawings using 3D and 2D CAD, structural analysis software, etc. [Flow after joining] ・First of all, in the initial training, you will acquire basic knowledge about the company as a whole, such as company overview, work rules, labor standards law, safety and health. After the initial training, you will learn the work through OJT. You will improve your knowledge and skills through actual work, so you can grow step by step.
