Job Description	[Summary/Business content] This division aims to expand its business by collaborating with Chinese group companies, with a view to developing new markets in China. Our main duties include mobile app development, web system development, and UX/UI design planning and proposal work for major corporations. We work with our customers to solve their problems while incorporating and utilizing the latest information on design, IT, and digital technology. We are a proposal-based sales team that discovers the goals and needs of our customers and solves their problems from the ground up. [Work environment] Use Slack for internal communication Use Google Meet for video conferencing between locations Use Backlog for issue management Lend the latest MacBook and display as a development environment [About communication within departments/teams] ・Using a video conferencing system for daily communication with group companies in development projects. ・There are members on the Chinese side who can speak Japanese. ・Hold regular information sharing meetings on a department-by-department basis.
Working Hours	・Flex time system Core time: 10:30-15:30 (break 12:30-13:30) Flexible time: 5:00-10:30, 15:30-22:00 Monthly working hours: 7.5h × scheduled number of working days / month (varies depending on the scheduled number of working days per month)
Job Requirements	【Prerequisite】・Chinese companies in major Chinese cities (Shanghai and others) ・Sales experience related to design (digital area) or IT for Japanese companies ・People who can speak Chinese at a native level [Welcome conditions] ・Those who can speak Japanese at a daily conversation level <Desired person image> Those who have connections with Chinese domestic companies and are able to receive sales orders. -Experience as a salesperson or in a major domestic company in China
