Job Description	[Job details] Sales expansion of ceramic substrate products ・Business negotiations with overseas customers in English (Korean and Chinese may be used depending on experience) ・Marketing and sales expansion work in collaboration with the sales department - Coordination and problem solving to facilitate collaboration between business divisions (manufacturing/development), sales divisions, and customers. [Products in charge] Ceramic thick film substrates, laminated substrates, etc. [The fun and charm of this job] Utilizing the ceramic technology we have cultivated over many years, our electronic components are used in a variety of electronics fields that require reliability, such as automotive, medical, aerospace, and infrastructure businesses. In a position close to manufacturing and development, you will be able to contribute to strengthening a smooth sales expansion system while cooperating with sales. Additionally, you will be able to deepen your specialized knowledge about ceramic products and the market while making use of your language skills.
Working Hours	8:15-17:15 (Regular working hours 8 hours) Break time: 75 minutes
Job Requirements	【Prerequisite】・Sales experience for ceramic-related products ・English proficiency above business level (writing/conversation) ・Conversational level Korean or Chinese ability (simple conversation, email exchange) [Welcome conditions] ・Those who have knowledge of ceramic products (HTCC, LTCC, ALN, SiN, alumina, etc.) ・Engineer experience ・Those who can communicate smoothly between customers, manufacturing, and sales departments
English Level	Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level	Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5500K - JPY 8000K
Other Salary Description	【Welfare】・GW, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacation, special vacation, annual paid vacation (10 days in the first year from the 7th month) [Salary details] ・Annual income: 5.7 million yen - 8.3 million yen ・Decisions will be made based on experience, skills, and annual salary from previous job. [Salary increase/promotion] Salary increase: Once a year (April) 【Bonus】 Bonus: Twice a year (June, December) Salary will be determined based on consideration of previous employment income, work experience, etc.
