Job Description	【Application Requirements】 This year marks the 55th anniversary of our company's founding, and we are steadily growing. We are recruiting additional personnel to improve the production and quality control system at our factory in China. 【in particular】 We will be in charge of quality assurance and process control for neodymium magnets used in motors, robots, and machine tools. ・Analysis of process data using statistical methods, etc. ・4M and other necessary reviews for quality improvement ・Feedback for next product ・Coordination with Japanese head office (telephone and online meetings) ・Detailed response to clients, etc. After joining the company, you start by getting to know the company and products. Until you are ready for your new assignment, we will provide you with on-the-job training (OJT) at our headquarters, including experience communicating with local people online and other means. In addition, our main products are custom-made magnets that satisfy various characteristics requested by clients. The production process is roughly as follows, so Those who can visualize it may be able to play an active role at an early stage. ◆Main process □Processing In addition to cutting, machining, drilling, and other knife processing, In the case of complex shapes, we use electrical discharge wire machining, grindstone polishing, etc. We will process the block-shaped sintered magnet base material. □Surface treatment Appropriate surface treatments such as barrel polishing and pickling are carried out. We perform surface treatments such as nickel plating and electrocoating to prevent rust and corrosion. □Inspection For general dimension measurements, calipers, micrometers, projectors, etc. are mainly used. In addition to visual inspection, we use image inspection equipment for appearance inspection. Magnetic properties are measured using specialized measuring instruments.
