[Job details] Quality assurance and quality control of our ceramic electronic components and quartz glass You will be responsible for developing new products and working on technical improvements to manufacturing processes related to quality issues in the mass production process. ・Improvement activities and system creation to improve quality ・Quality complaint eradication activities (internal, external, and customer response included) ・Establishing process quality with the launch of new products ・Customer audit response [Responsible product/work location] ◇Ceramic thick film/thin film substrates, powder molded parts, module products (high frequency/antenna), etc./Toki Factory (Gifu), Yamada Factory (Aichi) ◇EMC countermeasure parts (capacitors/inductors), NFC antennas, ceramic terminals, etc./Naoetsu Factory/Kasugayama Factory (Niigata) ◇Ceramic parts for quartz glass and semiconductor devices/Miharu Plant/Iwaki Plant (Fukushima) *We will consider your work location based on your suitability and wishes. *If you have experience, you may be entrusted with management duties. 【Prerequisite】 Those who have experience in either ・Those who have experience in quality assurance, quality control, production technology, manufacturing technology, etc., and have knowledge and experience in quality. ・People who have experience in work related to development and have knowledge of quality [Welcome conditions] ・Person who has experience in management work ・Experienced in ceramic parts and circuit board industry ・Those who have knowledge of quartz glass products ・Those who have knowledge of metal (powder metallurgy) press and processing technology ・Experience in quality work for products related to film formation such as sputtering, photolithography, and vapor deposition. ・Quality work experience in plating, dicing, polishing, and appearance inspection processes ・Work experience with overseas users using English ・Experience in quality work in large lot production ・Person who has knowledge of semiconductor industry/electronic parts industry |
