Job Description	[Job details] Technical improvement work and management work for production and manufacturing processes in production related to ceramic electronic components. Our electronic components business is divided into production units for each product. Each production company has people in charge of manufacturing, development, quality assurance, etc., and this position is responsible for managing production/manufacturing processes, etc. related to production planning, progress management, profit management, etc., and technical improvement work. Please go. ◆Production/manufacturing process management and technical improvement work related to the following operations: ・Production planning and progress management ・Earnings management ・Management such as staff management ・If you have leadership experience, you will be asked to play an active role as the leader of the production and also perform administrative management duties. [Products in charge] Multilayer substrates (thick film metallization, multilayer/laminated substrates, etc.), thin film substrates, high frequency components, powder molded products, ferrite magnets, ceramic substrates, etc. *If product production straddles the Seto and Toki factories, there may be some travel to and from each factory. [The fun and charm of this job] Utilizing the ceramic technology we have cultivated over many years, our ceramic electronic components are used in a variety of electronics fields that require reliability, such as automotive, medical, aerospace, and infrastructure businesses. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership towards achieving your goals by aligning each section with vectors.
Working Hours	8:15-17:15 (Regular working hours 8 hours) Break time: 75 minutes
Job Requirements	【Prerequisite】・Those who have experience in manufacturing electronic components. (Persons engaged in development, production technology, quality assurance, manufacturing, etc.) ・Those with management experience [Welcome conditions] ・Experience in antenna product technology and manufacturing management ・Those with experience in rewiring process development and mass production management. ・Experience in technology and manufacturing management related to ceramic applied parts ・Those with experience in revenue management
Japanese Level	Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 9500K
Other Salary Description	【Welfare】・GW, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacation, special vacation, annual paid vacation (10 days in the first year from the 7th month) [Salary details] ・Annual income: 5.3 million yen - 9.3 million yen ・Decisions will be made based on experience, skills, and annual salary from previous job. [Salary increase/promotion] Salary increase: Once a year (April) 【Bonus】 Bonus: Twice a year (June, December) Salary will be determined based on consideration of previous employment income, work experience, etc.
