Job Description [Job Overview]
You will be responsible for licensing in the consumer business (digital games) and amusement business (MD, arcade games).

[Specific duties]
■Sales duties: Negotiate, conclude contracts, and supervise the licensing of rights for manga, anime, characters, artists, etc. owned by licensors.
IP collaborations, full game licensing, tie-ups, etc. add high added value to our products and services.
*Licensors are not limited to domestic companies, but also include overseas companies, various organizations, and individuals.
■Anime Production Committee Work: Participate in production committees for anime and other video works with the main purpose of acquiring merchandising rights.
The aim is to implement merchandising development with an advantage over competing companies for works with high affinity.

■Consumer Business Division
The Consumer Business Division plans, develops, sells, and operates games and digital services for home game consoles, PCs, and smart devices. We develop game series with high IP power of our company brand.
We also provide a wide variety of game content for all devices both domestically and internationally. In addition, we have more than 16 development and sales bases overseas, and create original content that captures local needs overseas and distributes it worldwide.
We are also leveraging the know-how and assets we have cultivated through our game business to develop original new businesses that go beyond games.
■ Amusement Business Division
① Arcade Game Business develops, manufactures, and sells a diverse lineup of products, including video games, such as network games, prize machines, such as "UFO Catcher," and a wide variety of medal games, such as horse racing, bingo, and pusher games.
② Merchandising Business plans, develops, produces, and sells prizes, lotteries, merchandise, and character products for overseas retailers.

■Experience in licensing (license acquisition)
■Over 3 years of experience in corporate sales
■Able to engage in sales activities involving business trips, dining out, and going out
■English: Business level (TOEIC score of 850 or higher)

Expected annual income: 6 million to 9 million yen
