Job Description We are seeking a Client Service Center Supervisor to lead the customer service team for a global luxury brand in Tokyo. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and deliver a high-level customer experience across all touchpoints.


Description

* Manage day-to-day customer service operations and team performance
* Build strong relationships with clients and deliver personalized support
* Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries
* Oversee order management, shipping, returns, and fraud investigations
* Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve the client experience


Profile

* Native-level in Japanese and Fluency in English
* Minimum 1-3 years of people management in call center
* Strong experience in customer service, e-commerce, or CRM
* Familiarity with luxury clientele and communication style
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Experience in leading and motivating a team


Job Offer

* Up to 9.5M JPY
* Work in the office up to 4x per month
