We are currently looking for a Director of Accommodations for a luxury hotel in Kyoto. You will be responsible for managing the entire team to provide the best hospitality. [Job Description] 1. Supervise accommodation operations ・High-level operational management, formulation of SOPs (standard operating procedures) ・Improve customer satisfaction ・Build a healthy work environment and comply with various compliance requirements 2. Provide the highest level of hospitality ・Provide a unique and moving experience tailored to the customer's condition and inclinations 3.
