Job Description * As a Junior Sales, you will conduct comprehensive project-based searches, manage data entry tasks, and collaborate with internal employees and external clients to provide valuable insights and support for career-related initiatives.


Description

* Conduct detailed project-based searches within the firm's database and external sources to gather relevant information and insights.
* Collaborate with internal consultants and external clients to understand their business-related needs and provide tailored recommendations and support.


Profile

* Strong research and data analysis skills, proficiency in conducting comprehensive searches using databases and online sources.
* Excellent communication in English and Japanese and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Client-focused mindset, empathy, and understanding of career development principles.
