As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll audit labeling processes, ensure accuracy, and support team improvements. This role requires bilingual skills and collaboration with global teams while reviewing sensitive content. Description * Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy and compliance * Identify errors and trends, providing constructive feedback for improvement * Collaborate with BPO teams and trainers to enhance quality standards * Assist in onboarding new hires, helping them meet performance goals * Address quality-related inquiries and provide policy clarification * Work closely with Safety Specialists to refine workflows and processes * Maintain a high level of attention to detail while reviewing sensitive content * Communicate effectively with both Japanese and international teams Profile * Native-level Japanese and business-level English * Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently & collaboratively * Open to working onsite five days a week * Bachelor's degree Job Offer 🎉 Paid Time Off: 12 annual leave days + 4 summer days + 10 sick days (prorated) 🎁 Performance Bonus: Up to ¥1.5M in internal mobility incentives 🍕 Office Perks: Unlimited snacks, drinks, and fun company events To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
