Job Description ・As it is an in-house service, you can be primarily involved in the entire process from planning to requirements definition to design to development to testing to release. We collaborate with the business side (sales, marketing teams, etc.) and communicate closely through chat, MTG, and face-to-face, depending on the content of the project.

・You can use the PDCA cycle with a sense of speed through agile development.

- Because we provide our own services, we receive direct feedback and words of appreciation from our customers.

・In addition to the development, operation and maintenance of existing services, which are the main focus, there are multiple concepts for new services, so there is an opportunity to be involved in the 0 → 1 phase of services from the upstream process.

・Due to the characteristics of ad tech services, it is of utmost importance to handle large amounts of traffic at high speed and operate stably.
Therefore, you can gain experience in development and design with an eye toward reducing the load on servers, performance tuning, and high availability/fault tolerance on the infrastructure side.

・There are many opportunities to be involved in the design, construction, and operation of clouds, mainly AWS, and you can also acquire cloud technology.

・The team is in an expansion phase, and the current number of people does not clearly separate the front, backend, and infrastructure teams, so there is an opportunity to move to full stack. In addition, you can make various proposals on your own, such as proposing a technological environment or promoting operational efficiency.

・Server side load reduction/performance tuning
・Improving the development environment and verification environment, improving the efficiency of CI and testing, etc.
・Implementation of requirements definition and design, assignment of tasks to members, code review
・Technology selection, technology investigation and verification for new technology introduction
*Depending on your personal preferences and the situation of your team, you may have the opportunity to be involved in the design, construction, and operation of cloud services centered on AWS.
