As a sales executive in the sales team at a media research company that operates in over 50 countries around the world and focuses on internet viewership data, you will be making proposals and sales to domestic and international advertisers, publishers, and agencies. This company specializes in media research focusing on Internet audience rating data, and has offices in more than 50 countries around the world, providing decision-making support to a wide range of customers, including major advertisers, publishers, and agencies in Japan and overseas. We provide data, analysis, and insights. As an account manager for the sales team, you will be responsible for proposing sales to both new and existing customers. Our main clients include major domestic and international advertisers (mainly marketing, advertising, public relations, and data analysis departments), media companies, and advertising companies. You will be responsible for leading the entire process, from hearing client needs to making proposals and providing support after providing solutions, and coordinating with both internal and external parties. Specific job details: ・Acquisition of new clients (from proposals, quotations, ordering arrangements, delivery, and after-sales follow-up) ・Proposals to existing clients (from proposals, estimates, ordering arrangements, delivery, and after-sales follow-up) ・Speaking at seminars and events (both internal and external) Expected target mission: ・Achieve individual sales goals (set for new and existing targets) How to interact with the organization: Performs duties under the supervision of direct superiors in accordance with established quarterly and annual targets. We lead a wide range of tasks, from proposals to post-closing follow-up, but depending on the project, we can request support from analysts and solution managers, allowing us to progress multiple projects at the same time. In addition, each sales person is responsible for managing and reporting sales progress. Regarding overseas projects, we often exchange information and collaborate with overseas teams, and the Japanese team sometimes makes presentations directly to overseas clients. Supplementary information regarding scope of responsibility and authority: They aim to achieve their goals under the supervision of their superiors, but are left up to the discretion of planning actions for their assigned accounts and new activities.
