Job Description	Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, data analysis/BI, or data science/machine learning. You will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Data Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures. Ensure data quality and integrity through robust ETL processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources. Data Analysis/Business Intelligence: Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business objectives. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI). Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Data Science/Machine Learning: Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize algorithms and improve model performance. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their data challenges and provide expert guidance. Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance clients' data literacy. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Requirements	Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience in data engineering, data analysis, or machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in project management and working in a consulting environment is a plus.
