Ahead Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join one of our global E-Commerce clients. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of our platform's vision, mission, and business model. You will build strong relationships with businesses to gather requirements, identify areas of improvement, and lead change initiatives. Collaborating closely with tech leaders, architects, developers, QA, and operations engineers, you will drive the development and delivery of innovative solutions for our point platform and loyalty program ecosystem. Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of our platform's vision, mission, and business model. Build strong relationships with businesses to capture requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the delivery of changes. Collaborate with team members, including tech leaders, architects, developers, QA, and operations engineers. Act as the domain expert in point platform and ecosystem loyalty programs and recommend improvement solutions. Manage the product development process, including roadmap creation, feature prioritization, and execution. Lead the delivery of initiatives with clear acceptance criteria and ensure successful implementation. Quickly assess complex issues, make data-driven decisions, and propose solutions. Set a high standard of ownership, proactivity, and accountability within the team. Provide production support (on-call) and troubleshoot service issues as needed. |

| Job Requirements |
Required Skills: 3+ years of experience as a technical product manager. 3+ years of experience in web system development (in any role). Experience working in an Agile development environment. Knowledge of KPI-driven service development. Strong experience in writing requirement specifications and acceptance criteria. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of the technical architecture of web applications. Desired Skills: Advanced Degree (MS or PhD). Experience working with clients and business stakeholders to define project scope. Programming experience. Project management experience. Experience in release management. Ability to manage multiple products/projects simultaneously. Experience working with cross-cultural global teams in different locations. Knowledge of B2C product development and management. Understanding of Loyalty Services. Basic Japanese reading and writing skills. |
