We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Technical Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between Japanese clients and our engineering teams located in Australia and India. This position requires fluency in both English and Japanese, along with solid technical project management abilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT security and/or user experience (UX) with a focus on mobile platforms. The role involves presenting on-site at client locations and facilitating effective communication between all stakeholders. Responsibilities:

・Act as the primary point of contact between the client and engineering teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding between the two parties.

・Bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical implementation, ensuring successful project delivery.

・Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and support, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

・Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

・Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, design specifications, and progress reports.

・Conduct regular status meetings, providing project updates to stakeholders and resolving any potential issues or conflicts.

・Identify risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.

・Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, especially in the areas of IT security and user experience (UX).

・Monitor project performance metrics, evaluate project outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

・Fluent in both English and Japanese, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.

・Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a bilingual environment, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

・Strong background in IT security, including familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and common security frameworks.
Knowledge and understanding of user experience (UX) principles, specifically in the context of mobile platforms.

・Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within specified timelines and budgets.

・Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, utilizing project management tools and methodologies.
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 10000K - JPY 14000K
