・IT engineer or consultant experience

・Business level Japanese/English

[Preferred conditions]

・IT knowledge and experience planning from a management perspective, such as corporate planning and sales strategy

・Top management experience (PM or PMO) in a project with a total scale of 100 or more people

・Management experience of 10 or more people as PM, PL, or PMO (2 years or more)

・Experience in business consulting (business analysis to business design)

・Experience in IT consulting (RFP, RFI formulation or project plan formulation)

・Experience in a series of phases from systemization concept to requirements definition to operation and maintenance

・Good at sales (acquiring projects) and expanding into the field
