Job Description [Mission]
We run a service (www.toki.tokyo) that allows foreigners visiting Japan to experience authentic culture/travel. We create cultural experiences with artisans and traditional culture practitioners from all over the country, and provide new travel experiences to overseas VIPs and corporations using our own travel tools. There is a high demand for themed trips and cultural learning trips rather than ordinary sightseeing, and since launching, we have been introducing several thousand wealthy foreigners to the special experiences we provide each year.

We are looking for a sales manager to strengthen our department to meet the growing needs. We are looking for someone to manage the curators of tours for wealthy people visiting Japan.

[Details]

-Human resource management: Managing 5-10 curators (full-time employees to agents)

-Operation management: 1-on-1 meetings, participation in regular meetings, motivation management, etc.
