[Mission] We run a service (www.toki.tokyo) that allows foreigners visiting Japan to experience authentic culture/travel. We create cultural experiences with artisans and traditional culture practitioners from all over the country, and provide new travel experiences to overseas VIPs and corporations using our own travel tools. There is a high demand for themed trips and cultural learning trips rather than ordinary sightseeing, and since launching, we have been introducing several thousand wealthy foreigners to the special experiences we provide each year. We are looking for a sales manager to strengthen our department to meet the growing needs. We are looking for someone to manage the curators of tours for wealthy people visiting Japan. [Details] -Human resource management: Managing 5-10 curators (full-time employees to agents) -Operation management: 1-on-1 meetings, participation in regular meetings, motivation management, etc. -KPI management: Managing sales progress, member management, CEO reporting -Managing and improving service quality -Travel agency management -Recruiting curators together with recruiting staff -Customer support (handling complaints *consulting with agents on how to write) -Participating in regular meetings of the SaaS team (about twice a month) [What you can expect] -Managing operations associated with the above tasks and training new team members and field guides, etc. -Staying close to clients and constantly learning the knowledge they need to provide the best time and experience, and applying it to new planning of experiential products -Aiming to build better relationships by continuously contacting clients and suppliers, laying the groundwork for providing high-value-added services -Proposing and improving operational flows for efficient business execution -Managing team performance and growing together with the team to achieve goals -Clarifying goals in team meetings, communicating priorities, and sharing success stories |

Job Requirements |
