As the company grows, this position allows you to build a wide range of career opportunities, including standardizing and streamlining business processes in the HR/labor field at teamLab and teamLab Engineering, revising HR/labor systems, designing new business processes, and reforming operations. [Main duties] - Procedures for joining, leaving, transferring, taking leave, etc. - Checking employee work schedules - Creating salary documents - Checking salary data - Practical calculations related to salary and bonuses, such as salary transfers - Implementing safety and health committees (preparing and arranging for regular health checks, stress checks, etc.) - Calculating labor insurance premiums, revising and submitting systems related to the 36 Agreement and HR/labor *Payroll calculations are outsourced.
