Job Description You will be assigned to one of the following tasks (1) to (3) in the Overseas Section of the Human Resources Support Department, which handles payroll-related tasks for the company's overseas expatriates and employees seconded overseas.

(1) Payroll-related payment practices for the company's overseas expatriates
-Management of employees who are transferred, such as those who are departing and returning
-Issuing payroll notices, registering and updating the HR and payroll system
-Payment practices for overseas salaries and bonuses as specified
-Creating income certificates
-Explaining payroll to employees who are assigned overseas, handling inquiries about payroll from employees who are assigned overseas, etc.

(2) Settlement of transfer differentials for employees who are seconded overseas
-Conclusion and management of secondment contracts
-Expense settlement practices based on the company's HR systems
-Handling deposits and withdrawals with overseas companies, checking accounts
-Assisting with income tax returns overseas
-Handling inquiries about payroll and settlement from employees who are seconded overseas, etc.

(3) Travel-related work for the company's overseas expatriates
-Progress management of assignment procedures, visa and flight arrangements
