• 8+ years' experience in system implementation/integration, preferably in PLM, MES, or automation.
• 5+ years' experience as a solution architect or in a similar role.
• Business proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English.
• Good understanding of Teamcenter & CLM/FN4T environment is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
