To Maximize organizational growth, our client is hiring for this project coordinator position. You will play a critical role to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders both inside and outside the team, the role demands a proactive individual. Description * Arranging meetings * Preparing documentations(attendees, agendas etc) that's needed for meetings * Facilitation of meetings * Managing team's KPIs, track and collect necessary data * Project reporting to team's manager Profile * More than 2 years of professional project management experience in any type * Experience coordinating and facilitating meetings * Experience working with more than 10+ companies/stakeholders * Excellent communication skill * Excellent coordination skill * English:Business level * Japanese: Conversational level Job Offer * Long-term renewable contract(Haken) * Potential to convert to a permanent employee in the future! * No IT engineer(developer) experience required for this role * PMO, meeting coordination experience welcomed * Conversational Japanese Ok To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
