The role involves guiding the product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, developing clear strategies, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring customer experience is translated into product requirements. Description * To guide the product roadmap, work together with cross-functional stakeholders such as the engineering, business, and design teams * Lead the team in developing and establishing clear product strategies and goals, make data-driven decisions, carry out the plans, and support the performance of business KPIs and indicators * Translate customer experience into well-defined product requirements and user stories that can be utilized in product specifications and system architecture by bridging business and technical requirements * Make data-driven decisions to prioritize and manage the product backlog, making sure that features and enhancements align with the produce vision and strategy Profile * Two to three years of experience managing projects and products for the development of web and backend services * Having a fundamental understanding of the lifecycle of software and API development * Excellent communication and negotiation skill * Excellent problem solving skill and logical thinking * Strategic mindset * Fluency in both Japanese and English Job Offer * Long-term renewable contract * Potential to become a permanent employee in the future * Competitive salary and benefits * Join Japanese top E-commerce company * Work location: Futakotamagawa * Work house: 9:00~17:30 Break (12:00~13:00) To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
