Job Description We are seeking a driven and experienced Application Development Project Manager to lead our client's software development projects from conception to launch. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all functional requirements.


Description

* Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, timeline, and budget.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Manage and prioritize project tasks and resources.
* Facilitate regular team meetings and keep all stakeholders informed on project progress.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
* Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
* Manage project budget and keep spending within allocated resources.
* Work closely with developers, designers, testers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
* Oversee testing processes and ensure applications are bug-free and meet user requirements.
* Manage project documentation and maintain clear communication channels.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest application development methodologies and tools.


Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in application development project management.
* Proven experience in leading and delivering software development projects on time and within budget.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
* Experience with application development lifecycle (ADLC) methodologies (a plus).
* Understanding of software development best practices (a plus).
