■Job Description We are looking for a field engineer to introduce China's most advanced robots to Japan at a dynamic company that has exceeded 100 million yen in capital and 1.5 billion yen in sales in 5 years since its establishment. When constructing and introducing a robot warehouse, you will work on-site (field) under the instructions of senior engineers, and you will also learn from them and acquire skills. [Robot setup] We will put imported robots online, test their operation, and build the project. [Maintenance monitoring and troubleshooting] This is a job to monitor and maintain the robots introduced at the suburban warehouse (client) site. (Report any parts that seem to be working even slightly), respond to on-site issues (communicate on-site conditions, respond to customers, operate equipment, etc.), and create documents (task lists, minutes, schedules, reports, etc.). Most of the work will be done remotely with senior engineers. Therefore, your main duties will be remote setting and on-site support. Ideally, you will be able to do it yourself without having to follow the instructions of senior engineers as you learn. As this is a new field and a startup, we are looking for people who are eager to learn and are not bound by past experience.
