Job Description |
Task Support L1 Requirements - Exp: 5+ years Proficient: English and Japanese language N2 • 5+ years of work experience • Key typing of standard case common to sites • Support for location-specific case key typing [Hitachi's assumption] • Prepare test procedures according to the instructions of the task support PM team. • Report progress based on the test operation rules specified by the task support PM. • As key typing support, answer questions in English from the base (L1 answer) and escalate appropriately (L2 inquiry) if solutions are difficult. • Manage knowledge of support. Skill Set Requirements • Being able to speak English and Japanese Fluently • Must be able to respond to phone calls, write procedures, and provide support in English. • Experience in the testing process of system development. ◆Team Leader • Must be able to organize and manage the progress of approximately 5~10 key players. (Experience as a team leader or equivalent skill or experience). • To be able to formulate a policy to isolate the cause of an incident, instruct subordinate members, and organize the situation by hearing from subordinate members. |
