Job Description |
Task Support L2 Responsible for test promotion. • In promoting the project, he/she will report and communicate with the test committee. • manage test progression (reported by the worker team). • Respond to the escalation (L2 inquiry) from the lower organization (worker team), and if the solution is difficult, appropriately escalate (L3 inquiry) to the higher. • Organize (Product team and site support PM team) and promote testing. • Develop a draft operating policy for the test and build consensus with the cross-PM team, the test subcommittee, the team of workers and the base. • Formulate rules for preparing test procedures based on the test specifications established by the product team and review the test procedures prepared by the team of workers. Requirements: • Documentation Creation. • Test management skills. • Being able to speak English and Japanese fluently. • Being able to negotiate with other organizations as a team leader. • Be able to plan, rule, and manage test operations as an experienced system developer. • To be able to formulate a plan for a drop-off point for incidents and defects, and coordinate and build consensus with other organizations. |
