The company depends to hire AI personnel actively because it needs to accurately grasp various requests and market needs, how to solve problems using the latest generative AI technology, and how to speed up the one-stop process of researching papers, building models (structural transformation of existing models), developing and implementing models, and providing solutions. 【Responsibilities】 You will lead the development of generative AI technologies. Apart from GPT-based prompt engineering, you will be responsible for determining what is and is not possible for image and speech recognition and general AI (NNs and Classifiers), and for the actual implementation. ●Specifically Research papers and open source models to solve customer needs and problems Verification and application of open source models to current business issues based on open source models (reproduction and implementation of models and construction of operating environments) Conversion, implementation and speed-up of existing model structures Verification and improvement of results using actual customer data and real-world environments Solution/product implementation of the constructed models 【About the organisation】 Currently consists of approximately 20 members seconded from the company.

Job Requirements	【MUST】・University/graduate selection or current work in the area of Generative AI ・Programming skills in Python. ・Experience with DL frameworks such as Pytorch and Tensorflow ・Experience in building algorithms for computer vision or natural language processing with reference to papers etc. 【WANT】・Experience in development and application of image generation models and LLMs ・Experience in submitting and presenting papers in the field of computer vision or natural language processing ・Experience in applying DL and machine learning techniques to real products, knowledge of building infrastructure and web around it, etc.
