Job Description	[Job Overview] You will be responsible for a wide range of HR work in the head office HR department that manages all overseas group companies. You will work at the head office and collaborate with overseas bases on a business trip basis. Your work will be determined based on your experience and aspirations. [Specific Job Contents] ■Global HR Governance -Planning and operating HR management for overseas group companies, collaborating with local management and HR departments (Management of philosophy penetration and HR KPIs, compensation design and operation including executive compensation, engagement policy collaboration, etc.) -Support for overseas group companies (support for human capital disclosure, system design, visualization of HR information, etc.) ■Global Mobility Business Planning and Operation -Planning and operating various HR systems related to overseas postings (treatment, various support systems, etc.) -Management of expatriates, improvement of operational processes, overseas safety measures, etc. -Payroll calculation, tax, social insurance for overseas expatriates, collaboration with overseas group company HR

We are also leveraging the know-how and assets we have cultivated through our game business to develop original new businesses that go beyond games. ■ Amusement Business Division ① Arcade Game Business develops, manufactures, and sells a diverse lineup of products, including video games, such as network games, prize machines such as "UFO Catcher," and a wide variety of medal games, such as horse racing, bingo, and pusher games. ② Merchandising Business plans, develops, produces, and sells prizes, lotteries, merchandise, and character products for overseas retailers.

Job Requirements	[Required skills/experience] ■English: Business level *For foreign nationals, Japanese must be native level ■Experience in global human resources (HR systems) ■Over 5 years of practical experience in HR work in general ■Experience managing members [Preferred skills/experience] ■General knowledge and experience of HR and labor management in listed companies, group companies, and companies with subsidiaries ■Project lead and project management experience in the HR planning department ■Communication and negotiation skills
