Job Description	【About the Business】 In response to the shortage of IT personnel in Japanese companies, the company is strengthening its presence year by year as a company that makes a significant contribution to its clients' business as an IT professional. As a first step, the company established a branch in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) in 2020 and incorporated it in 2021. In addition, you can deepen your experience and knowledge in the field of digital production in Japan, where the need for collaboration with overseas development centres is likely to increase in the future. 【Recruitment Background】 As Japanese clients will be the main focus at the time of the organisation's launch, the aim is to strengthen the team of designers in the Japanese subsidiary so that they can be closer to client issues. 【Department】 You will be part of a global unit of a Japanese subsidiary. 　・Work at the Tokyo head office (remote work available). 　・Travel to overseas locations (subject to business conditions and personal preferences). 【Your Role】 In this position, you will lead the project mainly from the design side in order to solve the client's problems and realise their growth. The position is not limited to the design team, but also allows you to work in a wide range of areas while communicating smoothly with the director team and Vietnam development team members. The company is looking for someone who can be responsible for projects in the creative field from planning and requirement definition to output. Job Requirements	Required ・Experience in graphic production work using Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. ・Experience in UI design work using Figma, Sketch, XD, etc. ・Experience in website production (including renewal) such as corporate websites, and product/service LP production. ・Strong skills in visual expression (e.g. graphic design, web design, illustration, animation, video, still photography, etc.) ・Portfolio showing the above experience Preferred ・Able to communicate in English. ・Establishment and operation of design tone and manner and guidelines ・Experience in art direction ・Experience in filming direction/video production ・Experience in setting and verbalising direction and worldview and driving projects and teams forward ・Experience in setting branding and style guides ・Understanding of engineering ・Understanding of interaction design
