Job Description A customer success position has opened up to work with global SaaS companies to achieve this through IT solutions!

■Job Description
You will provide customer success support for client companies' SaaS products.
You will respond to user inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
You will not just provide answers, but will understand the true needs of users and make optimal proposals from a wide range of products, contributing to the success of companies that adopt SaaS.
You will support Japanese users of foreign payment services in Japanese, and internal documents will be in English.
You will handle around 10 inquiries a day, and will sincerely address each and every inquiry to increase engagement with companies that adopt the service.
