| Job Description |
You will be in a team of 3 Customer Care members, and this team reports up to APAC in Singapore, so English will be used quite frequently for training and day-to-day internal communication. This position works closely with the sales team, so issuing the invoice, handling the administrative and customer duties through Salesforce will be part of your daily tasks (they are currently trying to localize SAP as well). Description ▪Responsible for timely and accurate generation of quotes for standard product offerings and subsequent orderplacement ▪Reviews orders to screen for most common issues and clarifies any missing/unclear information ▪Resolves order exceptions for orders received by email and the website ▪Answer inbound customer inquiries by phone, email or chat for requests during the quote to order cycle ▪Documents all inbound and outbound customer interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)database.
