Job Description Understand all aspects of Veeva CRM configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases.
Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating Veeva CRM features to business users, and drive/participate in prototyping solutions and guiding the team.
Participate in Technical design, development, implementation of technology and creative business solutions
Responsible for the analysis, architecture, design, implementation and support.
You will be responsible for technically owning the solution and process design, configuration, and testing.
Actively transfers knowledge throughout the organization, participates in knowledge-sharing projects to develop best practices, leads knowledge-sharing sessions
Perform tasks related to day-to-day operations including managing requests, incidents, handling data load/migration, and troubleshooting.
Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution

Job
Requirements		 Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in the Veeva CRM domain and 2 years of Experience in Service Cloud.
A good understanding of the Veeva CRM solution stack including a good understanding of Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System is preferred.
Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating Veeva features to business users, and drive/participate in prototyping solutions.
Experience in performing the requirement fit gap analysis with product capabilities and defining configuration vs customization options
Should be able to create Business requirement documents and functional requirement documents along with a traceability matrix.
Ability to liaise with the technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification
Knowledge of implementation best practices and should be able to configure and work along with the rest of the team to build /configure the Salesforce solution.
Good Knowledge of ITIL processes also Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Domain knowledge in Pharmaceuticals.
Experience in JIRA tool.
Experience in Veeva Vault
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Ability to work in a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Japanese language: Business Japanese level and Business level English required.
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 7000K - JPY 8000K
