The Team in Tokyo is looking for candidates with a strong interest for the industry and with the following strengths / experiences:

* Call center outbound work experience
* Great communication skills and customer-oriented
* Teamwork oriented
* Experience in the financial industry a big advantage
* Proficient PC skills
* Bachelor's Degree
* Fluent level of Japanese
* Conversational English or Chinese is preferred
