| Job Description |
Process day-to-day sales orders from customers in the ERP system (Navision) by ensuring accuracy of all orders obtained via fax, e-mail and phone. Description Confirm customer orders via fax/e-mail/phone Receive and enter customer sales orders and credit memos Communicate with customers regarding any order status changes, confirmation of orders and/or other issues as they arise Interface with internal departments to ensure orders are filled in a complete and timely manner Handle all aspects of Order Management functions Provide in-house contact for sales/customer issues Profile Self-motivated and dedicated; able to work and solve problems independently Result/Action oriented Team player and great communicator who can cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and business partners Ability to work across the organization Excellent written & verbal communication skills both in Japanese and English Job Offer * Low amount of Overtime * Competitive salary package * Laid-back working culture and environment |
