Job Description	You will be selling plating equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing to existing customers. We are also expanding overseas to Korea, China, Taiwan, etc., but you will be challenging yourself to develop new overseas markets. ■Specific job content -Hearing and proposing requests regarding plating equipment to corporate customers. -Make adjustments with our engineers to see if we can realize the customer's requests. Depending on the scale and delivery date, each person will be responsible for about 20 companies. -There is also a chance to go on overseas business trips! (Customer ratio is 60% domestic and 40% overseas) About 5 times a year (expected business trips of about 1 week) [Product] -Plating equipment (equipment for surface treatment of semiconductor products) Used in the manufacture of smartphones, PCs, electrical appliances, automobiles, etc. A familiar example would be the tip of a smartphone charger. You will be involved in the manufacturing of things that are indispensable to people's lives and get a sense of contribution to society. [Customers] -Major electronics manufacturers -LED manufacturing companies -Plating specialists, etc. [Training after joining the company] It may be hard to imagine, but after joining the company, a senior employee will be assigned to you and will give you a lecture on basic knowledge of plating equipment and sales methods. [Sales method] Since we manufacture custom-made products, more than 90% of sales are response sales. There is no cold calling. Although there are goals, there are no detailed quotas, so it is an environment where you can concentrate on proposals and listening. Many companies have long-standing relationships with us, so you can work on sales while valuing trusting relationships.
