Job Description Achieve the project goals of Budget, Schedule and Quality/Scope.
Single point of customer communication in daily issue management, weekly status reporting, monthly sponsorship reporting.
Create overall project schedule and participate in or review the project estimations. Maintain the project schedule and budget.
Understand and manage technical requirements and overcome technical issues.
Lead a small onsite team - participate in mentoring, hiring, conflict resolution. Perform team appraisals.
Assist the sales team in identifying and leveraging new business opportunities.
All the above will be done in Agile or Hybrid Agile model.

Requirements		 Strong (near-native) Japanese skills, with business-level English skills.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology.
Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
At least 8 years of experience in customer-facing project management on technical IT project
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 10000K - JPY 15000K
