Job Description	[Recruitment background] Currently, the company's Indonesia base has one manager (resident) and about 10 local staff. Due to the extension of the manager's term, we are looking for a candidate to take over the current manager's duties and play an active role. [Expected role] You will be involved in sales activities at the company's Indonesia base. You will propose equipment, work tools, logistics equipment, etc. necessary for the production of automotive parts to customers, mainly automobile manufacturers, factories, and affiliated companies. We have many relationships with Toyota-affiliated companies. We are assuming Japanese people at Japanese companies as our sales targets. <Job content> -Catch up on the needs of existing customers and propose products. -Price negotiations and delivery date arrangements <Handling products> Machine tools, piping materials, material handling equipment, equipment, etc. A wide range of products from a single small bolt to large products such as production equipment. <Language use> Since we are assuming Japanese people at Japanese companies as our sales targets, we do not require English ability for business purposes. Local interpreter available [Flow after joining the company] After joining the company, you will be seconded to the Indonesian base after a maximum of 6 months to a year of domestic sales training (you can live in rented company housing when working domestically) If you live in Indonesia, we also expect you to be transferred directly without returning to Japan.
