Job Description	【募集背景】同社米国拠点では、「新規顧客開拓」と、「既存主要顧客フォロー（先方工場常駐）」の二軸でビジネスを展開しております。うち、既存主要顧客フォローにおいて、この度先方顧客の新工場設立に伴う追加メンバーを募集致します。【職務内容】先方の工場に常駐し、製造ラインにおける部品、工具等のニーズを持ち帰り、本社と連携の上導入のサポートをお願いします。＜商材＞切削工具、耐摩工具＜顧客＞常駐先の某メーカー（EV車の部品サプライヤー）＜ご入社後のスケジュール＞最低約3か月間〜数年、大阪本社での営業研修実施後、米国拠点へ赴任頂きます。　【魅力】未経験から、米国での駐在キャリアを積んで頂くことができます！【組織構成】2名在籍（いずれも新卒入社/30代前半）【キャリアビジョン】ご入社後数か月〜最大約2年間の国内営業経験を経て、海外拠点へ駐在頂きます。ゆくゆくは、その他海外拠点への移動もしくは国内へご帰国の上活躍頂きます
