Job Description |
As an HRBP, you will be responsible for one of the company's cor business units. You will be flexibly devising human resources strategies while overseeing aspects such as personnel systems, talent development, performance management, succession planning and employee relations. Description * Planning and execution of various HR systems and initiatives * Formulation and management of employment regulations and HR-related regulations for Japan * Localization and implementation of policies and systems for the Japan office * Management, improvement, and modification of payroll and welfare programs * Management and analysis of HR data * Taking care of Employee Relations (ER) issues * Handle Performance Management Profile * Bachelors degree * Fluent in Japanese and business level English * Recent HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist experience * Excellent communication skills with leadership and business executives * Proficiency with MS Office and HR-related systems * Experience with HR-related systems Job Offer * Competitive package depending on experience * Flexible working style includes WFH (up to 2 times) and flextime * Work with the rest of the HR team in Japan and overseas To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
