Job Description As a regional HRBP, you will be overseeing one of the most important business units in the company with hundreds of employees.


Description

* Collaborate with HR team members to deliver a wide range of HR services, performance management, employee relations, and talent management
* Partner closely with business leaders to understand their needs, provide HR guidance, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
* Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
* Stay updated with HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements to HR processes and procedures.
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.


Profile

* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in Japanese and English
* Strong HR experience with at least 3 yrs. as an HRBP, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR practices and processes.
* Recent people management experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
* Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
* Passion for HR and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
