Job Description	You will be in charge of the strengthening organizational development of the business unit you will be part of. This would include updating policies as well as providing advice to your stakeholders regarding all HR matters. Description The main responsibilities would include: * Analyze the current situation of the business unit and develop a plan to fill in the gaps of the business unit from the HR standpoint * Create, implement and analyze policies/processes related to talent management, performance management and compensation cycles * Foster a good relationship with key departments to ensure a smooth employee life cycle * Work closely with leaders on making sure that the people related policies are in line with the business goals. You will also be providing advice to them based on internal people analytics as well as market standard * Manage daily people related issues * Approach people related policies from a holistic point of view and ensure that it is in line with the company's goal of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace Profile The successful candidate would possess: * Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English * At least 8 yrs. of HR experience with at least 3 yrs.
