[Required requirements] ・Development of backend services on two or more cloud infrastructures such as AWS and Azure (approximately 5 years or more) ・Experience leading several backend engineers (approximately 5 years or more) ・Experience building/operating/monitoring backend services that handle large amounts of traffic, such as IoT and web services (3 years or more) ・Development experience in two or more of the following languages in backend implementation: Go, Ruby, Rust, JavaScript, Java (3 years or more each) ・Skills to use RDB appropriately ・Skills to use NoSQL appropriately ・API design/implementation skills such as RESTful and GraphQL ・Skills related to backend quality assurance using automated testing ・High communication skills in Japanese and English, and skills to carry out development in a global environment regardless of nationality (Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher, English: TOEIC 800 or higher, CEFR B2 or higher) ・University graduate or above [Preferred requirements] ・Tech lead, architect ・Experience developing services using five or more microservices ・Experience developing backend services related to image processing, natural language processing, machine learning, and AI |
