Job Description	[Job Description] The company is developing a chat support system that utilizes AI. Over 400 companies have adopted the system, and in order to further scale up the service, they are now looking for a server-side engineer to strengthen their development structure. <Specific Job Description> - Handling customization projects for the company's own services - Service specification review/design/implementation/unit testing/release - Maintenance/renovation of existing services
Company Info	The company develops chat support systems using cutting-edge AI. When it was founded in 2011, it specialized in developing smartphone apps for carriers. Later, when a client asked them to develop an app with a chat function, they built their own chat server and started providing the service. As a result, the chat server was well received, so the company made a major shift in the direction of developing its own products with chat servers as the main focus. Currently, the company's main business is providing chat support services for corporate contact centers and local governments. One of these services is a service that allows insurance companies to make insurance claims via chat. As IT advances in various fields, the company is rapidly expanding its services. The company has many highly skilled engineers, and depending on the individual's wishes and skills, it is possible to learn cutting-edge AI technology. In addition, a flextime system and some remote work have been introduced. The company has an environment where employees can work flexibly and hone their skills.

Job Requirements	[Required requirements] <Experience> ・Development experience with Python/Node.js/JavaScript (3 years or more) <Skills> ・Basic knowledge of databases (RDS & NoSQL) and networks [Preferred requirements] <Experience> ・Experience in system development using AWS (mainly Lambda/ECS) ・Experience in developing Salesforce integration functions ・Experience in developing/operating large-scale in-house services used by many users ・Experience using HTML/CSS in business ・Development experience with React.js/Vue.js ・Experience/knowledge of asynchronous processing ・Experience/knowledge of performance optimization and improvement ・Experience in team development using Git/GitHub <Skills> ・Knowledge of security ・Documentation skills (e.g., sharing deliverables both internally and externally, delivery reports, etc.) ・Able to understand meeting content in Japanese (approximately N1 level)
