Job Description You will be in charge of overseeing the product performance and optimize strategies based on the company goals. You will play a big part in the company's growth by finding ways to provide the best customer experience.


Description

* Conduct market reseach to understand the consumer pain points and provide solution through the company product.
* Create Go to Market strategies to target specific customer groups.
* Transforming the product plan into specific requirements.
* Keep track of KPIs and create solution to maintain optimum result.
* Work with both local and global entities to drive high customer usage and align strategies across all regions.


Profile

* Has over 5 years of Product management experience in financial services, banks, or payments related field.
* Experience launching new products and service to large audience.
* Great communicator and proactive with problem solving.
* Very determined to create an impact.
* Fluent in Japanese and English.
