* As the Senior Marketing Manager for Structural Heart, you will spearhead marketing initiatives, assess market opportunities, and accelerate growth by optimizing go-to-market strategies and fostering key customer relationships. * Your role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing compelling marketing plans, and ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies to drive business objectives effectively. Description * Lead marketing strategies and plans, analyze market data, and prioritize growth opportunities. * Develop customer engagement strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support product launches. * Foster key customer relationships, navigate regulatory environments, and drive sales force optimization initiatives. Profile * Holds a degree in Science, Bio-Science, Health-Science, or Pharmacy, with at least 10 years of high-level achievement in sales/marketing, preferably in the medical/healthcare sector. * Demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and resilience, with a proven track record of cross-functional leadership and team management.
