As an E-commerce Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, executing e-commerce strategies, and optimizing sales performance across various platforms. Description * Manage daily site operations and merchandising for both our website and third-party platforms. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute e-commerce initiatives and improve the online shopping experience. * Conduct regular site audits and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement. * Provide ad-hoc insights on site performance and suggest actions for business enhancement. Profile * 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with strong site operations and planning skills. * Experience in managing third-party platforms is a plus. * Proficiency in CMS and Analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics. * Excellent reporting and analytical abilities with attention to detail. * Highly organized, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
