As a Merchandising Assistant for Japan, you will manage category merchandising strategy, inform brand strategies, execute annual brand plans, and analyze consumer insights and competitor trends. Description * Manage category merchandising strategy and day-to-day business operations. * Execute annual brand plans and inform brand strategies. * Analyze competitor trends and consumer insights for local and global responses. * Develop assortment strategies and seasonal briefs aligned with global brand direction. Profile * 2-3 years of merchandising experience with expertise in creating assortments. * Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data management and analysis.
